Who is responsible for your data

This is not the policy for a future account inside the app. Training, meal and route presentations use demonstration data. This website does not request your health information or access your location.

What we collect and why

When you sign up, you provide your email and consent to the launch announcement. We also record language, registration date, consent date and version, registration status and withdrawal date, if applicable.

We use these details to maintain the list, record your choice and prepare the launch announcement. Registration is optional and based on your consent; you can browse without signing up. It does not create an app account or guarantee a launch date.

A random identifier lets you manage registration in the same browser. Temporary attempt counters linked to hashed identifiers help prevent form abuse.

Cookies and browsing

The website sets the first-party movezip_waitlist cookie after a new manageable registration. It contains an identifier, not your email, and lets the site recognize your registration and let you leave the list. It lasts up to 365 days.

You may delete it in your browser settings. This removes local access to management but does not delete the server record. Contact us to withdraw or request erasure if you no longer have access.

This version does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or audience analytics. Maps and fonts load from this website. Following an external link subjects your visit to that destination’s practices.

Storage, access and security

The list is stored in a server database outside the website’s public files. Safeguards include file access restrictions, request validation and a management identifier protected from page scripts.

This version does not automatically send registrations to a CRM or email delivery platform. Necessary hosting services may process technical access information; new integrations and purposes will be described in this policy. No technical measure eliminates every risk.

Retention and withdrawal

Records are retained to operate the launch list. You may withdraw consent using the management button in the browser used to register, or by contacting us.

Leaving the list deactivates announcements and records your withdrawal. Records are not automatically erased after withdrawal or after a fixed period. To erase your data, contact us below; any continued retention will be limited to legally permitted cases and explained to you.

Your rights under the LGPD

You may request confirmation and access, correction, sharing information, withdrawal of consent and, where applicable, anonymization, blocking, erasure, portability or review of automated decisions. The list does not make automated decisions about your profile.

Requests are free. We may ask only for the information needed to verify ownership of the data. Responses follow applicable legal time limits. If the company does not resolve the issue, you may contact the ANPD.
